We do believe that we can teach anyone to code, and we've been able to train people of all different backgrounds and levels of experience to become web developers. However, in order for students to truly be successful, they also need to have a real passion for code and fall in love with the languages. That's the part that's up to you, and each individual student. Not everyone enjoys the act of coding, so we always recommend that students try writing some code on their own before deciding to take the leap and attend a bootcamp.

If you're looking for a way to get your feet wet before applying, I recommend checking out our free online Bootcamp Prep course. This is something I recommend to beginners and self-taught programmers. You can access that here: https://flatironschool.com/programs/online-bootcamp-prep-course/

It's meaningful practice and a great way to get introduced to our online learning platform as well.
