Online students that started prior October 7, 2019: Yes. If you need to pause, please contact student support by emailing email@example.com or calling 888-958-0569. Your pause will then be discussed with a student service representative. Before we can process your pause, you must select a pause start and end date. Please note: students only have one opportunity to pause over the duration of the course for a maximum of three months. If you pay monthly, the remaining portion of the paused month that has been paid, but not utilized on Learn will be credited on a pro rata basis on the first payment of the month you un-pause.
Community Bootcamp: As a student in our Community Bootcamp, you are not permitted to pause your account. You may continue to work at your own pace and take a break if needed, but we cannot pause your subscription.
Certificate Course students: You can work on your Certificate program at your own pace and however best suits your schedule. Because Certificate programs do not have monthly tuition, you will not need to schedule a pause if you need to take a break.
Free Course students: You can work on our free Intro-level programs as well as our Bootcamp Prep Course at your own pace and however best suits your schedule. You will not need to schedule a pause if you need to take a break.
