At the end of each module, you’ll have up to two opportunities to submit and pass each project review. If you’re not able to successfully complete the project review within two weeks of the project due date, you will be given the option to complete the module again by changing to another cohort (start date) or program (pacing). If you choose not to repeat the module, you will be dismissed from the program and may be eligible for a tuition refund in accordance with the refund policy (outlined in the Student Catalogue).

Based on your goals and commitments, you and your support team will identify the best repeat option. For programs beginning May 13, 2019 and later, there is no additional cost for repeating a module one time.

Students are given the opportunity to repeat a module with their new cohort once. If you’re not able to successfully complete a project review within two weeks of the project due date for any module in your new cohort, you will have the option to transfer to a Self-Paced program. If a student chooses not to transfer to a Self-Paced program they will be dismissed from the program and may be eligible for a tuition refund in accordance with the refund policy (outlined in the Student Catalogue, which may be found under “Documents” in your Learn profile).

If you’re falling behind in your cohort or are worried you won’t be able to keep up, you can always speak with your Educational Coach or Cohort Lead about a support plan to catch up, or about options for moving to a different pace or cohort.  Just ask!
